Light heavyweight unification bout: Quinton Jackson vs. Dan Henderson
Jackson wins a unanimous decision after five rounds to become the unified light heavyweight champion. The judges scored the bout 48-47, 49-46, 49-46 in favor of Jackson.

Light heavyweight bout: Michael Bisping vs. Matt Hamill
Bisping wins via split decision after three rounds. Two judges scored the bout 29-28 in favor of Bisping while one judge scored it 30-27 in favor of Hamill. This result was highly controversial as most media outlets had scored the bout 30-27 in favor of Hamill. After the fight Dana White also expressed surprise at the outcome and stated he had scored Hamill as the winner as well.

Heavyweight bout: Cheick Kongo vs. Mirko Filipovic
Kongo wins via unanimous decision after three rounds. All three judges scored the bout 29-28 in favor of Kongo.

Welterweight bout:Marcus Davis vs. Paul Taylor
Davis wins via armbar at 4:14 of the first round. Davis received the “Submission of the Night” award.

Light heavyweight bout: Houston Alexander vs. Alessio Sakara
Alexander wins via TKO due to strikes at 1:01 of the first round.
